A note on the founding Board

Competing agencies setting aside marketplace rivalry to build a shared standard.

Matt Wilson, Rick Guttenberger, Jennifer Buckles, and Paul Copeland compete every day for the trust of Oklahoma families — and they have chosen to come together to ensure that whichever member agency a family chooses, they receive ethical, professional, and family-first guidance.

Collaboration over competition. Families above all.

The Board is supported by standing committees that oversee the core functions of the Association. Active member agencies in good standing are eligible to serve on committees and to nominate officers at the annual meeting.

Education

Continuing education programs, conferences, and resource libraries.

Annual meeting

Elections & member voice.

The Association holds an annual meeting of the full membership at which officers are elected, the prior year's work is reviewed, and strategic priorities for the coming year are confirmed.

Each Active Member Agency holds one vote. Founding officers serve initial terms as defined in the Association's bylaws, with regular elections to follow.
